I did the largest package with a few of my friends as a celebration. It was a lot of fun and they honored the full 30 minutes even though we took a little longer than anticipated to suit up. Only thing I didn’t love is they mentioned a variety of weapons but only offered metal bats. The main purpose of my review is to shoutout an employee, Jennifer, that went above and beyond following my experience here. Like a dummy I forgot my ID at the venue. They called to let me know that they had my ID and life being hectic I was not able to make it back there for over a week. When I called to confirm that they still had it, Jennifer who lives in a similar neighborhood to me offered to meet me to deliver it back safely. The kindness and thoughtfulness of this gesture is not lost on me in any capacity and I cannot sing her praises enough for going out of her way to return my property to me. She is a great employee and if any management is reading this I hope you show her some appreciation for her incredible customer service. I will be back and will recommend this rage room as opposed to others in NYC for this reason alone.

Overall good experience. We came for a late night appointment for my best friend's birthday. 70$ for two people. You have your own room that comes with your own speaker and a phone holder to record. You should definitely set a timer because the staff won't come tell you when your time is up. I wish the staff was a bit more interactive but explained things good enough.

We visited The Rage Cage as a surprise birthday gift for my husband, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience overall. First off — the heat was unbearable. It was over 100°F outside, and somehow even hotter inside. The AC in the actual rage room barely made a difference, especially while wearing the full-body suits and helmet. My husband was drenched to his underwear within minutes — and that’s not an exaggeration. The customer service was just as disappointing. The two girls at the front desk looked completely uninterested in helping. Every question we asked was met with the bare minimum response, like we were bothering them just by being there. One of the helmets didn’t even work, and my husband had to try three different ones before finding one that functioned properly. The activity itself could’ve been fun — the idea is great — but it was hard to enjoy it while overheated, ignored by staff, and paying $120 for barely any electronics to smash. It felt overpriced for what we got. Honestly, if you're thinking about visiting, I’d recommend finding another location that takes better care of both their guests and their equipment. I was excited to treat my husband to something special, and instead, we left sweaty, frustrated, and disappointed.

I loved this place! I gave it 2 less star mostly because of the pricing which was a bit high given the experience and what I was allowed to break within the parameters. Also the place where it’s located is kind of sketchy which is basically in the middle of a no name or any special kind of Brooklyn block so it was a bit hard to travel to and easy to miss. I do love the anonymity to it all and the fact that it’s pretty private and exclusive to paying customers. To describe the experience you first go in. I would suggest buying a reservation online and attending with a friend or 2 to save time and have more fun. But regardless you sign on the tablet in the front. They give you a locker with a code lock or key lock I forgot to keep your stuff inside and you change into thin white jumpsuits which zip up from the back. Afterwards you head inside to a room exclusive to you or your friend and they give you a couple of options to break stuff with. Either a metal bat, sledge hammer, crowbar etc. The entire room is timed with a seperate tablet with a timer and you get a set variety of things to break. In my experience I got to break a computer, laptop, couple of phones and vases and a printer. All this stuff is non usable and already broken so don’t worry about breaking anything that can still be used. It feels great to let loose a bit and just really give in to your darkest desires to just pummel and destroy everything in sight! Again pricing and location would’ve made it a 5 star but you work with what you get. This place is worth the experience believe me.

This place was cool. We went as a group of four and quickly noticed there weren't enough items in the room for breaking. That's something to be considered with larger groups. Other than that, it was fun to break things, however I won't be returning to that facility.
