Break Stuff NJ

I took my son and his friend February of 2024 and they had such an amazing time this was my sons bday gift , he enjoyed so much he wanted to do the same thing this year and at the same place we finally booked a section for 2/9 but my grandpa ended at the hospital and die so got in contact with break stuff and there was a lot of back and forth but never confirmed to move my section I was afraid I was going to lose my money it was over $100 dollars so I pulled it together and drove there with my son and his friend to find the place closed . Getting in contact with them is ALMOST impossible anyways someone agreed to give me a Refund mi is 20% I was ok with that but after that I never got an answer and they STOP reading my messages on insta, today is 3/11 over ONE MONTH SINCE THE WHOLE FIASCO and I still don’t have my refund and NO ONE IS RESPONDING YO MY EMAILS OR MY INSTA MESSAGES. WGERE IS MY REFUND? DO NOT BOOKED WITH THIS PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!

It was fun and all, we booked the unlimited package and expected more things to break. We had a windshield, many bottles, 2 keyboards and a random thing I don’t know what to call it. For having paid the unlimited most expensive package , I expected laptops or at least a printer. Super friendly staff, as they mention in their email, it’s not a fancy or even clean place so at least you are warned about that. As for safety, we were provided with face shields, glasses and gloves. They do offer coveralls at an extra cost 5$. Being only 5$ I doubt it’s super protective so be careful when breaking things so glass doesn’t fly in your direction. All in all it was a fun experience, think of it as it cheaper version then the official RageRoom.

I've had a horrible time communicating with this business. We had to reschedule twice and now they haven't confirmed our final appointment. Now I'm reading reviews and seeing that they might be closed for good??? So I'm never gonna get my money back is what it seems.

I booked a session for 2 people last week and received a text 20 minutes before the session stating they had lost power and would be issuing me a refund. Still no refund and no one answers the phone or email. I even sent an instagram message that no one has responded to. I was so excited for the session and was even going to give them a second chance but not now. I just want my money back. How do you keep money for something that never happened.

Went here 1/18/25 this was my first time here, was honestly one of the best experience! The place was nice and clean not to mention the gear they gave me to PROTECT myself . I was assisted by Oscar one of the employees there, he was very attentive and helpful. He was very hard working, he would be with me while attending others and making sure everything else was in place. He was so kind and loved the energy he brought to an environment like this!! Oscar was very positive and would always make sure everything was okay. He would consistently demonstrate exceptional performance and dedication in his role. His attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently have greatly contributed to the success of his team. Oscar's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond make him a valuable asset to their company. He is not only reliable and hardworking but also a great team player who always supports his colleagues. I highly recommend Oscar for any future opportunities and am confident that he will continue to excel in any position he holds. Overall I would recommend going so you can meet Oscar and see what good of a worker he is.
