Great family owned business that we definitely will be returning too. Had a blast and the owner was helpful and gracious. We smashed some glassware and a large screen tv. If you need a release from the day to day this is a must go. Get your rage out.

I first want to start by saying the building is clean and the receptionist was very pleasant. However, when I questioned the items that they put in the Fit & Fury room I got attitude from the African American person there. He was introduced to our group as one of the “Cleaner's”. What I mean by attitude is, I asked the receptionist after she let us look into the room. Why didn’t we have 1 large and 1 medium item. She then referred to the “Cleaner”. He said, “what is the problem?”. I explained, that on the website it stated 1 large and 1 medium item and 30 glass or dish ware items. He then SIGHED very loudly in front of the group and then changed them item and said, “is this better now”. I was taken back because his SIGH was out of frustration a deep audible breath expressing something. My group consisted of 3 teenagers ages 15-16, my young adult son and the parent of one of the teenagers who was just there to make sure everything went ok. Next, the other parent left the building and said, “ I will let you handle this”. Again, if it wasn’t for the fact my teenage daughter was looking forward of doing this. I would have left and requested a refund or called the police about his demeanor if he continued. In short, he never apologized about his behavior when we left and they changed their website prices in two days. On Wednesday, 1/22/25 I called to asked questions and on the website the price for my room was $107.99. But on 1/25/25 it was $112.99 and it is still that price as of 1/27/25 and the verbiage has changed as well. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND IF THAT WAS THE OWNER/MANAGER THEN RETRAINING IS IN ORDER Signed, Very disappointed customer and God Bless

Small but efficient place to blow some steam from every day pressures. Don’t let the simplicity of the outside fool you. Going to a big name place will make no difference, specially if it will cost you an arm and a leg. Thanks Jade for being so helpful.

What an awesome experience this is! We went here for my best friends 40th birthday, we didn't know what to expect! I love that this is a family owned business...Mother, Father and 2 grown kids. All of them were SO fun & accommodating and worked so well together! They provide face gear-that IS sanitized and smells clean & fresh (bc I'm a germ freak!). They played what ever smash music we wanted which brought the energy up even more. You have a great variety of items to smash! Items you didn't even know how it would smash but always wondered kind of items! It shockingly was very therapeutic even for one's that don't need to get their rage out! We would totally all go back!!!! Thank You Smashin City Rage Room!!!
