Set up a time and date to have a rage room for our child's birthday, owner seemed pleasant and as far as I was concerned we were good to go. Texted to confirm, no response. Saw the other negative reviews and kinda figured it wasn't going to happen, but we drove there anyway. It was locked and nobody answered the door. Don't waste your time!

This company rarely ever answers the phone and was clearly not interested in my business. When I finally got through and voiced my difficulty contacting them, the guy told me that he "didn't like my tone." I then asked if he would prefer that I discuss directly with Groupon and he said, "Leave a bad review and do what you have to do, homie" ... and then he hung up on me. I requested a refund from Groupon and strongly suggested that they cease doing business with this company. Sad, but true.

Went to this for my birthday, it was the first rage room I've been to. The owner was very nice, he let us go as long as we want and when he didn't have water he ran to the gas station near by and got us large bottles.

So two weeks in a row we have been ghosted for our appointment. The first week I gave the benefit of the doubt, we tried to book a day before, maybe there was some confusion, I don't know. We called, spoke with a gentleman who didn't remember us even though we had about 3 or 4 phone calls happen between the two of us, to the point where he tells me his daughter and I share the same name. He doesn't remember us the first week, tells us "no it's next week". Before I hang up that phone call I say "OK, see you next Friday the 20th at 5pm". Tonight we arrived for our appointment. No lights on. Nobody answers the door. Curtains are closed. Highly disappointed in this. I had a ton of people asking me how it was the first week and I was ready to help this small business grow. I was not asked anything other than my name for the appointment. No phone number, no money down. Nothing to confirm the appointment. I was ready to throw $70 a week at this place to replace my cigarette habit. Now I'll have to find another place that's more dependable.
