We came here for our friend's birthday, and we had a blast. The staffmembers are friendly, informative, and so accomodating. The decor is full of encouraging and uplifting messages. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakable items provided and how much effort was needed to thoroughly destroy everything. We all ran out of steam a few minutes before our session time ended. 😆 And we're pleasantly sore a few days later. I highly recommend this business; you definitely get plenty of bang for your buck.

Total fun! Got to break some things and relieve stress! Instead of road raging or shooting people, direct your energy to something that you can legally destroy and it won't sue lol.

this was my first time trying any kind of self help. they made me feel welcome no judgment for walking in and needing a violent escape, you get left alone with your thoughts and your music and i couldn’t have asked for a better place to do so. this is place is my new escape

This was our first ‘rage room’ and it was a wonderful experience. We walked in last minute and the owner gladly welcomed us in. She was so accommodating! So many options for protective wear, offered us water, a Bluetooth speaker, offered to take our picture- so sweet!! Lots of cool things to smash- a nice variety. I want to go back but this time doing it be myself so I can swing a bat without having to worry about hitting my husband 🤣.

I booked a session for two as a Christmas gift and we had the best time!! Kimberly was extremely professional and helpful with any questions about rules, safety gear, tools, and she even took photos for us! Her energy and excitement was a great addition to the therapeutic effects Smash Therapy successfully provides. I cannot wait to come back again!
