Unchartered Adventures Kyle

I work with humans that are blind or low vision as a vocational therapist. I called other places and they simply refused to work with us. "Statements like we dont have anything for the blind" was the usual response. Damon at uncharterd in Kyle. Returned my calls and opened the facility on an off day just for our clients. He was flexible and made all of us feel welcomed and accommodated for their fun. The experience was a great one and our students / clients truly enjoyed not only the experience, but the acceptance and accommodated us and did Not simply refused us, but treated us with respect and dignity and made it available for us. He went out of his way. Our clients couldn't stop talking about it. We just want to make sure the world knows how much fun and accommodating unchartered is and was for us. Sincerely thank you.

It was just really bad. Could’ve been good but, based off another review from 3 months ago, nothing is getting fixed. The staff was super nice, I can’t remember his name, but nothing worked in the Mob escape room. I’m a big fan and have done many, and I have never been this disappointed, especially because I paid over $80 for myself and one other to go, and I honestly just wish I could get a refund. When we walked up, we were told we couldn’t complete the first part because someone broke it. Totally fine, we’ll move on! When we went to the next room, things were broken or clues were just straight up missing. The staff came up multiple times and were like “this doesn’t work BUT…” and would just straight up tell us what SHOULD happen, but wouldn’t. I wouldn’t recommend this to ANYONE. Only good thing was how nice the guy working was. It could’ve been cool, there was a cool layout and seemed like, if it had worked, it would’ve been awesome. But almost NOTHING worked.

We had so much fun! Damond was such a huge help and we will definitely be back.

Nice experience in the rage room! A little bummed they were out of the upgrades paid for and we never received our video after. They gave an extra crate but would have preferred what was paid for or a refund of that portion. I would suggest you call before booking to make sure they have what you need and that you don’t waste your money.

We went for the Rage room! So worth it, we felt liberated! Definitely would do it again! About 20 mins outside of Austin in Kyle, TX. It does feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere it is in an industrial park. They have a bar for drinks in there and other style room options Escape and painting. The town of Kyle is definitely rural! You suit up in protective gear and a locker for your valuables. You can Bluetooth to their Bose speakers and play whatever music you want we used Spotify! If you have some rage you want to get out this is the place to do it!
