Was a lot of fun. Went here with my wife and MIL. Lots of things going on with the family so it was a good way to get some aggression out.

My daughter took me here On my 55th birthday. I had a blast! We were able to record it on our phone and play the music that we wanted. Our appointment time check-in was super easy. We were given all of the equipment that we needed and offered several different weapons of choice. I had a great time and would definitely do this again!

We had the most amazing and equally therapeutic time! The service was amazing, the attendant who helped us was so kind, accommodating and very patient with all of our questions. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend if you have built up anger or trauma! It was a remarkable release of negative energy!

Went the other day to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday and we had a blast! Staff was so kind and helpful. You can break and smash, all to your own music. We had a SMASHING good time! Highly recommend!

Good way to relieve some stress. Husband and I went for a date night. Session was for 15 min which was enough time for us. Staff was helpful and friendly. You can play your own music so I suggest creating a playlist of 4-5 songs before going. They also have a phone holder so you can record yourself. Will do again, lots of fun. Staff told me during the weekday they have a coupon which I was not aware of when I booked so good idea to check before booking if during the weekday.
