Super fun! The owner is so nice, was able to accommodate us early when our dinner reservation finished early. I recommend choosing a few songs they can play for you but he did a great job curating a few for us last minute and my husband and I had an amazing time for his birthday! They provide coveralls (the ones we wore were a bit big and slipped down over my shoes, slightly smaller size would be good), gloves, and masks and sanitize in between uses. Very very fun time, my husband and I were laughing the whole time, we made several games between throwing and smashing things. We will definitely be back!

This was SO much fun!! Such a nice and organized staff that made you excited to get started! You can tell that they care about you having the best experience possible and I love that they have a speaker for your music and a stand so you can set up your phone to record!

I’m considering leaving my therapist and having weekly rage sessions instead. Jody and Sean are the best time and will guide you through your therapy session absolutely flawlessly, and you will come out from the room a changed person. 10 outta 10 No notes.

An impromptu Mother’s Day Smash. This was mine and my brother’s first Mother’s Day without our mom. We set out to do something we hadn’t done before and landed on valley smash rage room. As mentioned, this was an impromptu visit so I was not wearing the proper shoes to be around broken glass. Jody was kind enough to let me borrow his brand new work boots, which were at least twice as big as my shoe size 😂 we all had so much fun smashing different objects- my boyfriend and brother were admittedly a little more chaotic and destructive than I was, their choice of music amped them up even further. What an absolute blast, and the guys running it were so nice, welcoming, and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Very great experience. My friends took me here as a surprise to celebrate the near end of my divorce. As a plus sized person, I was pretty nervous they wouldn't have a jumpsuit that would fit me, but they did! The first one they handed me was a bit too small, but they said no problem and handed me one that fit. Didn't make it weird at all. The guy working there was super nice and friendly and made it a lot of fun. We got to pick music to smash stuff too which was a fun surprise.
