The Mad House Rage Room

Had a blast went with my husband and our best friend. The old school tv was the icing on the cake that looked like it exploded after I hit it with a baseball bat! 10/10 recommend!! WEAR YOUR PROTECTIVE GEAR 🫣🤣

I’ve been trying for two days to put something together for a friend whose mother has just passed, but the girl who runs the “answering service” keeps answering as if she’s confused why I am even calling her. She answers the phone with “huhlllowww??” every time, so I’m never even sure if I am calling a real business. When she told me she doesn’t take calls until 4, I waited to call her at 4:30 the next day, and she seemed upset to hear from me again, and said a manager would contact me. Because this was time sensitive, I then googled the hours and called the number within hours (my bad), and she answered again. She asked me to stop calling the number and said, “I told you a manager would call you.” I finally lost patience. She was unnecessarily rude every time I spoke to her. I don’t think I’ve ever had such an unprofessional interaction with a business in my life, and it is so upsetting because I was trying to do something nice for somebody, and this girl has completely soured it for me. She said she had already spoken the owner and manager about me and hung up on me. Call me Karen, but I would love to speak to the owner and manager about this experience. I’m sure this business is great, if you can actually get past making a reservation. Having worked in the service industry for 10 years, I would be mortified to have somebody act like this while working under me. Definitely do not try calling ahead for anything with this business. It is more frustrating than it’s worth.

Did not know this was a little room put together above a club in DT Mcallen. Service was not friendly-just straight forward nor a professional atmosphere. I got the couples therapy which came with a suprise service fee at the end so I ended up paying $75 for 30 minutes. The upstairs area was a rinky dink area where we waited on an old dirty couch. I feel like there could've been more items for the price paid. It was a good experience but it is not a professional business like I expected to be.

The manager, Pete, was friendly and he would check up on us every 10 mins. My gf and I did a couple therapy. Honestly it was great, we had so much fun and got to smash so many things like glass bottles and a tv. We got to connect to a speaker and listen to our own music to rage. I highly recommend 100%.

Where to start it was nothing like I thought it was going to. It’s inside a bar upstairs I payed 70$ for the couple therapy. The equipment was bad and felt Unsanitized also the weapon were mid They just gives use beer glass bottles and we only smashed one electronic device. Most of the time we were just throwing the bottles at the wall. So don’t get your hopes up if you plan there. Don’t get me wrong still enjoy it but could have been way better
