Anger Room®

Was disappointing we took our son and his friend for his birthday and got him the 30 min session it was a room with lots a broken stuff already. The 30 min was either trying to find what break they brought in a few dishes and something else but not worth the price!! We thought it would be a theme room but it was just a big messy room that you have to watch where you step . PS it's hot and smelly

If I could give less I would. I am wholly dissatisfied with this company, and typically I would just deal with it and move on, but I don’t want others ending up with the same fate. I booked time with the Anger Room weeks in advance, and 3 hours from my time to come in I received an email stating how they were sorry they missed me and wouldn’t issue any refunds for missing my appointment. But on the email it stated my appointment time as 3 hours in the future. I also received a voicemail from the company stating that they were experiencing power outages and could not accommodate my appointment, and that I should call back to either get a refund issued or reschedule. I immediately called back, and have been calling for 2 weeks, and have not received ANY assistance with this issue. They won’t return phone calls or answer their phone. Save yourself the headache and DON’T book with them.

I really wanted to like this place, I was so excited about the concept. Total letdown. I booked and they cancelled my reservation one day before it was supposed to take place because of city permits (why are they allowing reservations if they cannot honour then?!). They sent me a cancellation e-mail which states no refunds are submitted under no circumstances, but they assured me (on a separate e-mail) that they did indeed submit a refund. It’s been two weeks and there are no credits on my credit card and their suggestion was “to take it up with the bank”. They couldn’t even confirm the date on which the supposed refund was submitted or the account it was sent to. Don’t waste your money.

I scheduled an event for my girlfriends birthday for today’s date. I knew there were no refunds if I canceled our appointment however I received an email at 9:34 pm last night saying they would be canceling my appointment because they cannot accommodate us at the time I picked and suggested we come back in a week. I have requested a refund due to the circumstances and they are not replying to my emails. Her birthday is today not next week and this was one of our birthday plans. This is extremely poor business practice buyer beware I’m now out $160 and notified very last minute that our event was canceled with as best as I can tell so far I’ll have to fight this charge with my credit card company because these people are trying to stand behind their no refunds policy and cancel appointments. Very shady!

It was a great experience! Therapy for sure! When in real life you get to destroy everything in a room!! Nicole and the other lady are super friendly and accommodating! They made space for me, even though they were full. I thought there will be more stuff in the room.. It was quite empty, but thanks that we got extra glass (paid for it) that we got more fun! You have to try it!!!!!!!
