We were excited to try the Rage Room experience at Gone Social in Peoria as a fun birthday surprise for my wife. However, our excitement quickly faded due to a series of disappointments. First, finding the Rage Room was confusing as there was no signage or clear direction. Upon entering, we were greeted by an employee scrolling on his phone, who barely acknowledged us or showed any enthusiasm for the experience we were about to have. This immediately set the tone for the visit. We checked in for our appointment, which was supposed to include myself, my wife, and our daughter. I was then told the Rage Room is only for two people, which was my mistake for not reading the fine print. However, it would have been much more helpful and customer-friendly to have that crucial information displayed on the booking page, where I made the reservation. We were then told there would be a large viewing screen so I could still enjoy watching the experience. After walking around and trying to find this ‘huge screen,’ I went back to the front to ask for help, only to be told the screen wasn’t even set up yet because they had just moved and were still under construction. Instead, I had to watch through a tiny window in the door. The company is accepting bookings but delivering on only half of what they advertise. Inside the Rage Room itself, the breakable items were simply thrown into a tote, with no setup or preparation to make the experience feel special or fun. There was no attempt by staff to explain the process or even make the experience exciting in any way. Overall, for $125, this was an incredibly underwhelming experience. The lack of enthusiasm from the staff, unfulfilled promises of what was advertised, and the overall poor presentation made this feel like a waste of time and money. Gone Social missed their one and only chance to make a good first impression.

Went and smashed some things and had a fantabulous time, had wonderful drinks and food was delicious. Even if the pretzel on 1 side was a bit over cooked. (Bring ur own spicy mustard 😉🤣

Had a blast. This was way more fun than we expected. The amount of things given to break was very generous and hilarious. We got to get all safely dressed up, pick out music and our weapons and went to town. The feelings that comes with breaking stuff and it being ok is pretty priceless. Thank you for providing a safe and private place for ppl to go and do this is just awesome!

Super fun. My group of three the axes. They where extremely helpful in teaching us safety, but also how to throw an ax in general and solve techniques. We booked 30 mins and we played about 3 games. All of the games where a little different. It was very fun. They also have escape rooms which is what we plan to do next time. Highly recommend
