Anger Room

What an experience! The smash room exceeded our expectations and was in keeping with all the great reviews here and movies! We were greeted by the staff at front desk who were very friendly and professional and were given instructions on how to use the equipment and stay safe and get the most out of the experience. The customer service was truly exceptional. When I called to book, the front desk lady told us about the option to bring our own items and when we got there she even helped us carry heavy items out of the car and into the smash room… we certainly made the most of the experience. Highly recommend!

We came to the anger room and it was a disappointment since they only had one monitor for us to smash and all the garbage that was on the floor. We had to go to dollarama ourselves to buy some plates and glasses to have a little bit more things to smash. Not worth your time or money

It was so full with garbage that it was hard to work in. The check-in person was weirdly rude, dismissive, and accused us of not paying. When she wasn't paying attention to the payment. We had to sort through the receipts ourselves to understand the mess of payment. To be fair, every phone conversation I had was amazing, so it caught me off guard to be feel very accosted and weirdly ignored while trying to sign-in. Wouldn't recommend and was really looking forward to this experience.

For the anger room - we had a good time but it was really expensive ($80 for 2 people and 30 min total) given that you get one small tub each of glass bottles to break and there’s nothing larger in the room to smash, just a couple of large tires and already-smashed debris. We had fun and there aren’t other smash rooms in the area, so if you have your heart set on an anger room (as I did), this works. But I wouldn’t go again or recommend it based on the price vs value.

For a first time rager and escapee, I had a great time. I had more fun watching my kids smash and crash, than anything! The heat was broken, so I was a little chilly in the escape room. Otherwise, it was great fun!
