Proceed with caution. When you pay, you pay in full and there is a No Refund policy that you cannot voluntarily opt in or out of, and the greedy merchant will stick to it. I was not able to use these services due to a family emergency and I let them know that and they essentially just shrugged it off and kept repeating that they don’t do refunds. No sympathy whatsoever. They offered a voucher for later use but I was not interested in that bc I had more pressing matters going on than to think about when I was going to return. I just wanted a refund and to move on. Poor customer service in the face of unexpected and uncontrollable circumstances.
My wife took the time to book this experience for me to relieve some stress and honestly I did however I would not recommend this place to anyone or travel back here. For starters we purchased a Groupon and they marked our Groupon as redeemed before we even booked. The lady said she needed to verify our Groupon when we emailed to asked some clarifying questions and redeemed it which fraudulent and refused to give a refund. 2nd- it will be cheaper to purchase your own items because a crate of small breakables is $25 or more 3rd- the location is hard to fine in the flea market it’s a small cage where outsiders can see you and watch you! Very uncomfortable. 4th- when we did find the place I asked the guy in the girl who was there were is the front the guy looked me up and down and said “yeah it’s around the corner” they asked if we had a reservation we responded with yes and we still had to wait until they decided to come. The lady had nervous energy. My safety equipment was damaged. Hat too big and the gloves was too big and also had holes in it…. I feel like this place is a rip off do not recommend….
Extremely Disappointing and Not Worth the Money I was really excited to try a rage room for the first time, but this experience was incredibly underwhelming and disappointing. The Orlando Rage Room is hidden away inside a tiny mini-mall, and it’s so hard to find that we almost missed it altogether. Once we got inside, it was just a small, cramped room that didn’t feel worth the money at all. The setup was minimal, and the selection of items to break was very limited and uninspiring. For the price we paid, I expected much more in terms of atmosphere and overall experience. To make matters worse, my original appointment—which was booked for my daughter’s birthday—was abruptly canceled because the owners were out of state due to an emergency. While I understand emergencies happen, the handling of the situation was very poor. My daughter specifically took the day off to do this activity on her actual birthday, but they had a sudden cancellation and refused to issue a refund. Additionally, the safety hats provided were far too big and incredibly uncomfortable. We have small heads, and the hats kept shifting every time we tried to break glass or any other item. It was distracting, uncomfortable, and made the entire experience unenjoyable. If safety gear is required, it should at least be adjustable or offered in different sizes. It’s incredibly disappointing when something beyond my control prevents us from celebrating her birthday as planned, especially when it was their cancellation that caused the issue. If they cancel, they should at least offer the opportunity for a refund so customers can make alternative plans. If you’re looking for your first rage room experience, avoid this place. There are much better activities to spend your money on—like axe throwing at a proper venue. This was a major letdown and definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Save yourself the disappointment.
It was such a disappointment. Boys received one small milk crate with half the items being plastic. One item was a small photo canvas. It was in a small cage in thr middle of a flea market. Not what your kids are seeing on YouTube. Give you 30 mins but kids were done in 5. $40 American. Do NOT recommend.
I am shocked at some of these negative reviews. It was incredibly easy to book online, and find the location of the rage room. We paid $159 for 4 people, 4 breakable crates with all glass items with a 1 hour time block. We took about 20 mins total between the four of us, and it was a total full body work out. 🤣 The staff and the family were very kind and made our first experience very enjoyable. It was different than expected but very fun and my family and I had a great time. 10/10 we would definitely book again!
