Times Square Grand Slam

First time here with the family and had a great time! Kyla in the front desk was very welcoming and helpful she got us all set for our first time bowling and Sydnie was very kind and attentive when we were at the lane. This place has an amazing team we will definitely come back!

Our family celebrated my son's 6th birthday here, and he had a blast. We easily reserved a lane and shoes online. It was ready and clean, and they had a bowling assit slide for the kids. Our server, Domonique (Dom, I hope I spelled that right), was attentive and great. We left her a slice of cake, but sadly, it and our leftovers were thrown out before we were ready to leave. Thankfully, Management quickly made it right by giving me a fresh order. (it just meant we had to stay and play more arcade games, and it was getting late.) Happy with our order, server, and expirence. We will visit here again, but only for special occasions.

Excellent choice for my grandson's birthday! Kyla provided over and above customer experience to ensure our party had a birthday to remember! Drew was helpful with our sites, and we couldn't have asked for better service from Dominique. Thank you for making our evening special! And the night was friendly on my budget. Great pricing for the quality of service received. I highly recommend for your celebration.

The "activity" side looked fun, but we didn't go on that side this time. The movie theatre is very small, uncomfortable & crowded. Very few seats. This is definitely a "boot leg" movie theatre! The screen is way smaller than a AMC theatre movie- I was both shocked and disappointed! Most of the seats have rips in them, so if you're wearing shorts, it's going to be uncomfortable! And the bathrooms are bad! There was something in every single toilet. And the toilet paper is so thin, it kept ripping after 1 square. Just nasty! Clean up! Never coming back!

We had a blast celebrating my 9-year-old grandson's birthday. Miss. Kyla was a tremendous help. The place is already amazing, but she helped the kids have a memorable time!!! Thank you, KYLA!!!!! We will definitely be back!!!
