My daughter and I spent the afternoon at the Art of Anger and we were pleased with our experience. Each area of the experience was thoroughly explained. We felt welcomed and comfortable. I am thankful they recommended the Zen room experience following our Rage Room time. We definitely recommend visiting.
Honestly, this experience was one of the best therapeutic exercises I’ve ever done. 1. It’s therapy- but in the true way of releasing those pent up emotions. 2. There is no age limit. 3. There’s no specific time limit to your session (from the moment you walk in until you walk out). She goes with the flow of your vibe. 4. Highly recommended!!!
