Smash Mamas Rage Room

I went back & forth on if I was going to leave a review because 1. I rarely leave them & 2. I don’t like leaving “bad” ones. Although, this one isn’t necessarily bad & I hope that the establishment takes it as constructive criticism. I booked this experience for my boyfriend and I on 2/8/25 because we’re just random & like to do things & not necessarily because we had some “anger to get out” which I’m happy that wasn’t the case because I don’t feel like we would’ve been able to during the time given. The room for 2 people is entirely too small, that the only way we felt safe was to “rage” one at a time, meaning we had to wait in the corner for each other to hit or smash something & then switch. (I must note we’re normal size.) Which to be me isn’t ideal for “raging”, especially for $90+ for 20 mins without adding more time or any extras. For safety and enjoyment reasons they should definitely consider bigger rooms & better protective equipment because a piece of glass hit my neck, which gratefully it was small but that could’ve been tragic had it been one of the bigger pieces that ricocheted during our session. Nonetheless, the staff was cool & I enjoyed being able to choose our own music but I just hope they’ll improve a few things to make this a better experience.

I’m disabled and was discriminated against by the co owner. Don’t usually post but it’s my youngest daughters birthday and they way this place is run left the person who planned everything out. Sitting in the lobby watching my daughter’s birthday smash on a screen because they want to vague with child/parent/person language with paid smashers and who all is included in paid parent admission. - This is before they kicked me out because I didn’t wish to talk to a rude owner-so I couldn’t even watch the TV. Children DO NOT smash free with paid adult despite how they make it sound in the How It Works section. Anyone in the room has to pay whether they are smashing or not. Because the $1.50 PPE has to be used so you have to pay $40 to be in there. Just a Money Grab do not recommended for the small and ridiculous 20 minutes they offer. I was told I was welcome to sit and watch the cctv and be with her in spirit or pay $40 to stand and watch and take pictures of my kids and husband. I was also told I can take pictures of the tv screen. She tried to appease me by handing me a bat to take a picture with everyone else in the PPE. I politely declined so as to not. If I hadn’t already paid and was here for her birthday I would have gotten a refund and left. The co-owner is rude in the way she speaks to paying customers if you’re venting how ambiguous the policies are intentionally it seems, while trying to up charge your husband for extras. Love when a small business shows they want money more than customers. I recommend the smash room in Benton over this place. You get 30 minutes to smash and the policies are super clear. And they don’t discriminate against disabled people who can’t smash while in the room.

I brought our 15 year old daughter and her friend today for our daughter’s birthday. LET ME TELL YOU, A BLAST WAS HAD!!! Bonnie is a breath of fresh air and sunshine and loves our Lord!! It was a very exhilarating and therapeutic experience!

This place is awesome. We went as a large group for a night out with the work team. The staff was on top of everything, made sure our glass buckets were refilled, made sure we had water, and were friendly. Definitely recommend as a team building event. Thank you Smash Mamas!

Had an absolute blast! The young ladies explained the whole process... I felt safe the entire time... 20 minutes may not seem like a lot of time but I was worn out after 15 minutes...
