I went to one facility and they didn't have what we needed on their site. However, these two gals Brittney, and Kim, both went outta there way to accommodate us at another one of there facilities . Both ladies spent a great deal of time covering everything we asked for and needed. When we left there everything from our storage room to our contract and payment were done in there office. All we had to do was go to the chosen facility and I had gat access on my app upon arriving. They made everything, easy and fun . I was a customer here a few months back and I was pleased with my stay. They have conveniently located drive up units or smaller ones in the interior of the building. Brittany is an absolutely amazing manager that goes above and beyond. Juan also helped me out a few times. A+

The associate Mr. Daniel was very courteous and very helpful professional. He was knowledgeable of all the different space storages. And just because of my experience today with him. I'm going to rent a storage at this location. This company needs to hire more professional with attitude like Mr. Daniel. And they should add him on the HR review hiring video for associates to learn the way you should treat customers.

Very happy with how friendly fast and helpful the staff at this location is. I’ll definitely keep buying/ renting units from this location. A+ service
