Rage Property Management

Prompt responses and care taken to answering homeowner's concerns. I would recommend this Management Company to everyone.

I've never had a single issue with Rage Property. I've probably had to call them maybe 5-10 times over 15 years and they've always handled things well.

Does not respond to emails. When will these bushes get trimmed? Mine are growing well into my window and almost to the top of my window like a tree.

Awful association. All I can say is that Don is never available the secretary is not even pleasent or comforting on behalf of your property concerns. All she dowes is passing ! Winter snow removal is awful, spring and summer ground maintenance is awful. I would not ever consider again moving into a subdivision with association Rage Management..and there is no corporate to even go above Don.

I own a townhouse managed by Rage Property Management. Every time that I have called the property manager Don Rage), I'm told that he will get back to me. It ALWAYS takes multiple phone calls to finally connect Don. He does not call back after a call or two ever. The companies that he contracts are cheap companies that do sloppy jobs. I had to have a ceiling repainted because of the awful, patchy work that was initially done due to a roof leak. I currently have another issue that needs addressed, and Don Rage has not responded to any of my three calls. It is extremely frustrating dealing with this horrible, unconcerned manager!
