Rage Property Management

Definitely don’t invest your money into any property that is attached to this name!! Worst property management!! Raise the HOA dues and pocket the money! All properties and landscaping is rundown!! The absolute worst!!

Their plow service has ripped up my front lawn. I reached out on multiple occasions submitting pictures and everything and it appears everyone else's lawns have properly been patched except for mine. They are also supposed to renew mulch in the front of the homes every other year. Again... they have taken care of all other homes except mine. They do not call you back or respond to emails. Absolutely frustrating to have to work with a company and pay them for your maintenance when they rip up your lawn and do not get back to you or fix it.

Worst HOA I have ever experienced. They don’t do any maintenance that needs to be done and they have the worst communication. My HOA fee got raised at the beginning of last year and they never sent an official letter in the mail until I got a letter from an attorney’s office saying I owed all these fees bc I was paying the wrong amount. Now that I’m back on track they just raised the fees for the beginning of next year by $30!!! What is my money going to because they do absolutely nothing and don’t care about any of the tenants in the housing that they are supposed to take care of. Will never buy a home that has this property management ever again!! Do a better job Rage Management!!! 😡

Worst HOA on earth!!!!!!! Whatever you do, do not buy property with them as a management company! God forbid your behind. They'll take you to court in a second and have you pay thousands in lawyer fees. People are struggling! They don't manage the properties either. Especially during the winter. No salt and slow to clean out spaces. Not to mention the ice hazards. Every year your HOA fees go up with less and less work. Not to mention I've been requesting for these jerkes to look at my roof for 3 years! I have water damage and once a year they come to look inside and that's it! Nothing! Worst management company ever!!! They deserve zero stars!!!!! Their communication skills are non existent! They know nothing. The secretary never returns calls. Or she says let me leave a message for Don! Well Don.... your leadership skills suck and your a horrible lead! You don't call people back! I guess you just don't respond and the problem is solved. You need to be removed and we need a new HOA.

STAY AWAY!!! Business & residents, please do NOT work, or live under this HOA. They are unprofessional; never answers my calls or return any of them (even the priority messages). They are scammers, they raised my HOA apparently, without notifying me of any changes and now are trying to sue me for it. How do you expect me to pay a new premium amount without knowing the increase amount in the first place? It’s completely inhumane. This company only cares about 1 thing only and that is money. I recommend those who have dealt with this company in a negative way to file a complaint with the better business bureau, HUD, Illinois department of financial & professional regulation & your local city. This management needs to shut down!!!!
