Staff are extremely rude and not helpful. Staff lack compassion and empathy.

This is the saddest review I have ever done. Especially seeing as though I’m a professional mental health provider, that was seeking help for a client. The client was transported there and refused entrance by the coordinator Dr. Fritz Gelin. The client was experiencing a crisis and was treated horribly and his after Speaking with the staff there personally to verify the legitimacy of his crisis he was still denied access. There is no plausible excuse for such horrific treatment of a person with mental illness experiencing a crisis. This place picks and chooses who they help and when they want to help. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable that tax payers and generous corporations invest and fund this place to help this population but due to poor management and staff they don’t get help! You should be ashamed of yourself Fritz and you call yourself a mental health professional!

This place couldn't even clean the shower correctly for the next person to use. I literally almost threw up from the odor from the previous user. The employee barely even sprayed the shower down with bleach and there was pee over the toilet. They explained when I got there they clean after each use of the shower. 🤢 ask Rodney if he needs a Dr. Sos

I tried to get help from this pathetic place. I stayed one night there dr frits is a mean nasty person. I came back only to be taken to pads I kept telling he there was no rooms adv. But he ended up dumping me on side walk in front of pads I don't drive due to my eppalpisy so I was stuck on the street because of dr fritz do not trust him
