Afo is amazing and gave such good info before our time started. We had so much fun for my friends 30th birthday! Take your rings off when you go!!
Took a group of former colleagues here to throw sharp objects at wood—shockingly therapeutic! The owner was awesome, gave us great tips to actually land some throws (turns out aim does matter). We laughed the entire time and left feeling like mildly dangerous professionals. Highly recommend for team bonding or post-crisis comms decompression. Ninja stars are shockingly fun! Good thing the Indiana general assembly legalized them

Unprofessional and rude! We were mocked by one of the so called employees after numerous attempts to reschedule via email and the bogus online chat option from the website. Each time someone different answered the phone. My boyfriend is Ecuadorian. Whoever answered the phone was mocking his accent by pretending to be a foreign prackster. I recorded the conversation. It's one thing to run a private business. It's another thing to run a bad private business, but it's a totally different thing to mock and intentionally rip people off. We called back one more time after this and a woman answered the phone. She attempted to guilt us for calling, stating she was laying in a hospital bed and was not in the office. So creepy and totally bizarre. We will not be rescheduling. They can keep the money, obviously they need it more than we do. Hopefully they use it for REAL therapy for themselves. We cut our losses. Don't waste money on this. They reminded me of the family off of the chainsaw massacre movie. No thanks. I'll support the private businesses that actually have common decency and respect for customers. We enjoy and have supported numerous privately owned businesses, because sometimes it's actually more fun. This is definitely not one of those.
This was so fun & such a great way to get out some stress without going to jail! Attendant was very attentive to us & always made sure we had enough stuff to break. What's a wreck room? Simple. You pay to destroy things. I don't care what the price was, worth it. Check it out!
This building was trash, but that‘s something I could have looked past. However, what I could not get past was how trash the employees and management were. Jeffrey was very rude to my husband and I during our visit to this place. We came here for my husband‘s birthday and booked it the night before. The website is extremely confusing and looked very suspicious of scamming. I didn’t want to put my card information in but I took that risk and did. we got there and were denied our reservation due to confusing and misleading information on the website. Cool. Fine. I felt like something like this was bound to happen due to how confusing everything was on the website. But, Jeffrey was very smug and acted as if I was out of luck and wasn‘t trying to even help the situation. It was as if he didn’t care. An awful customer service quality. It wasn‘t until I inquired if there were other time slots available at a later time for us to move to for that day since there had been a miscommunication and confusion. He said yes, there is one open slot. I said ok and was told I would receive an email letting me know the status of that slot. 30 minutes or so later I got an email saying they were booked with no open slots. Keep in mind they tell you that you can‘t book a same day appointment (so how would a slot that was open fill up that day?.. exactly) now after receiving this email, i thought things did not add up. So I looked online to see their available time slots. Online it showed plety of time slots available in addition to the only i was told was open. I sent emails to inquire about the issue and it was not responded to. I went online through their terrible online chat wanting to know why I was told in person there was a slot available, just to later be told there is not and see plently of slots available online. This employee blatently lied and said he never told me that the slot was open. I called him out on it asked him why the website is misleading and shows me tons of time slots available when there really isn’t apparently. The employee he kept ending the chat to avoid talking to me.
