The overall experience was fine. The two girls behind the counter didn't say much. And then once we went into the paint booth disappeared. About 10-15 minutes into our experience the music stopped and they had specifically said that when the music stopped that the session would be over, but when I went out to the front desk to ask, they were nowhere to be found. So we stayed a little longer as i onew it hadnt been a full hour yet. Eventually, the music turned back on, I popped my head out of the booth and there was still no one at the front desk. We ended up leaving after about 35 minutes (more because my 5yo was over it) and when we got cleaned up and left, still no one around. I could tell that they had started prepping for what looked like a smash room experience over by the booth chairs in the lobby area, but it just seemed strange that for such a long time no one was around. Especially since they had said in the intro video that if we needed anything to check with the attendant at the front desk. Overall my son and I had fun, I just think it could have been a little better.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! Walked us through the process and made sure we felt prepared! The activity was extremely fun! I would definitely recommend getting ready to sweat, though! The gentleman working with us was super kind and even let us smash for 5 extra minutes!! I would definitely recommend!

Good room overall, the dummy's in one of the rooms comes loose if you're punching it or kicking it. Well it came loose on me when I went to punch it again and I ended up punching the hard stand instead and fractured my hand. They make you sign a waiver and hey I should've been more careful, just wanted people going in to have a heads up.
