I visited The Rage Room while on my vacation in TN, and it was honestly one of the most cathartic experiences I’ve ever had (and that's saying a lot since I went sky diving the same day and honestly felt a more freeing experience at the Rage Room!) From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and explained all the safety rules clearly. They helped me gear up with a jumpsuit, gloves, and a face shield, and I felt like I was stepping into an action movie. The room itself was awesome — filled with breakable items like glass bottles, old electronics, plates and tools to use like my personal favorites a sludge hammer and a golf club, there was writing all over the walls that are from past people who have raged and they are all positive affirmations which I felt helpful as I was in the room because it reminded me I wasn't alone in the darkness. I chose a playlist beforehand, and smashing stuff to my favorite music blasting through the speakers made the whole thing even better. As I'm going through a divorce I wanted an experience that let me free of my past that was weighing me down, I had a conversation with the owner before my smash time explaining the reasons on my visit, at the last minutes of my rage the woman put on the song "Girl on fire" by Alicia Keys and I cannot even describe the feelings I had exit my body through smashing a mirror and demolishing the view of my past self, the release was absolutely incredible and I still cannot hear that song without getting the chills! The entire experience was incredibly empowering. By the end, I was sweating and smiling — and honestly felt lighter. It's an ideal way to release pent-up stress or just try something out of the ordinary. Then I used the massage chair after which was AMAZING!! Highly recommend for some solo rage therapy or even just for fun! I’ll definitely be back, rocking my Rage Room T-shirt I purchased on their website! Thank you to the owners of The Rage Room for being apart of my healing journey and reminding me that the fire inside me makes me fly!

We did this as a party of 4 and had the best time! They do such a good job of explaining the therapeutic side of this attraction. We had a blast and will be back!!

I booked the appointment for the Rage Room to bring my aunt who last summer lost her oldest son to cancer. She had expressed to me that she was feeling so much anger and rage over his death and treatment options/choices that she felt like she could explode sometimes. So I decided to treat her to the Rage Room. She had a wonderful cathartic experience. She did say that she felt “relief” after her smash session and then we spent 20 minutes in the wonderful massage chairs.
